Terms & Conditions — Sleep Deep: Sounds & Stories

These Terms govern your use of the mobile application Sleep Deep: Sounds & Stories (“Application”) provided by Nadija Shulga (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application you agree to these Terms and the App Store rules.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Application. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where allowed by law.

Requirements & Usage

• Some features require an internet connection and may incur carrier charges. You are responsible for such charges.
• Do not use the App on rooted or jailbroken devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and charged.

Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application may offer optional in‑app purchases and auto‑renewable subscriptions. Prices vary by region.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Account Settings.
• Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless canceled in time. Taxes may apply.
• Purchases are processed via Apple and validated via RevenueCat.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or inability to use the Application.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and you must delete the Application from your devices.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
